We use a trusted PayPal Express gateway for PayPal and Credit Card transactions. You may either use your PayPal account or if you do not have a PayPal account simply select the credit card option in the PayPal checkout.
PayPal is the preferred method of payment given the high level of security provided to our customers. In particular:-
- Your sensitive financial information is securely stored on PayPal’s servers.
- We receive payment from PayPal without ever seeing your financial information.
- Your item(s) will only be processed and posted when payment has been received.
You are entitled to returns as per the Australian Consumer Law. If you find you have purchased unwanted goods after you receive them, eg. the wrong size jersey, you may contact us (email@example.com) to arrange an exchange of any purchased goods for any goods available on our website. Please see paragraphs below for conditions related to exchanges. Credit Notes (valid for a 12 month period) will be provided if you are unable to find a suitable exchange within our range at the time you request an exchange.
You must contact us as soon as practical, but certainly within thirty (30) days of delivery to notify us of your intention to exchange. The goods must be unused with all original tags attached and packaging undamaged where possible. You may try on the purchased items to determine fit, should that be the issue in question. However, an exchange may not be available where apparel appears to have been worn other than simply to determine fit, eg. for riding purposes.
You are responsible for postal charges related to returning goods for exchange.
Your exchange goods will be posted to you (without charges for postage or handling) together with a Credit Note for the difference in price between the original goods and your exchange (if it is a lower price). If the price of goods you want to exchange the original goods for is greater than the original purchased, a payment for the difference will be required.
We encourage you to review the relevant sizing chart for the apparel which you intend to purchase. Also, please contact us if you have any queries about a particular item or would like advice from our experienced staff (please feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org advising of your preferred contact method and we will get back in touch with you within two (2) working days).
Refunds will be available where goods are faulty or fail to perform as outlined on the website. You must contact us (email@example.com) as soon as practical, but certainly within thirty (30) days of delivery to notify us of any faults or arising problems. Items found to be faulty when unpackaged, must be unused with all tags attached. You are welcome to try on the purchased apparel, eg. to check for functionality of components such as pocket zippers, however a refund may not be available where goods appear to have been used for riding. The exception, is if the reason for refund request is failure to perform as represented on this website, such non-performing goods can also be returned to us to request a refund. A full refund of the purchase price together with original postage fees will be provided once faulty or non-performing items are returned and the condition verified upon receipt at Cycle Closet in Adelaide.
We set up Cycle Closet so riders had a place to help make their riding the best experience it can be by providing them the best kit that suits each individual for the type of riding in the season they choose to ride. Therefore, your satisfaction – as our valued customers – is our primary concern.
